Pros
Tips are pretty good if you've worked there for over 6 months, memorize all allergies and diets, and, of course, are also on inappropriately tight terms with the manager. The employees are great but they deserve more than what they make.
Cons
Extensive and time-consuming side tasks you get interrupted on every 2 seconds to run food for other people that weren't cut, being harassed by management and called lazy no matter how hard to work, tips are ridiculous for all of the extra efforts you put into each table, you rarely get more than 4-5 tables, there's only ONE slow faucet to pull water from for the entire staff, you're not allowed to keep a cup of water for yourself even if it's sealed they'll toss it, they overheat a weird section of the restaurant you have to stand under so you're sweating bullets, good sections are given to the same 3 people and everyone else shuffles through the other sections that are unpopular, there's ONE bathroom for the entire staff which is a TON of people on at once, mgmt is manipulative and rude, scheduling is hellish, you can get cut one hour after being there because they don't know how to properly schedule people, new people aren't trained properly and subsequently punished, mgmt refuses to listen to criticism, food is hit or miss coming out and usually comes out super slowly when it's busy. I could go on and on. Just don't give this company your time.
