Pros

Truly Unlimited PTO- it's my wedding and I'm traveling (taking 5 weeks off) and not one complaint Great People- the people here are my favorite part of TC Great Hours!!! Almost everyone works only 40 hours lots of diversity inclusion programs and initiatives

Cons

Bigger companies can be more bureaucratic at times Pay is good but not amazing/extra ordinary

Great Benefits & Remote Work

Cons

No matter how hard you work, there’s no recognition or pay increase. I wouldn’t recommend using the open-door policy if you have concerns about a manager. I raised an ongoing issue and ended up being written up based on claims that I wasn’t completing my work, even though I was following instructions. When layoffs happened, I was unfortunately among the first to be let go. It felt like a real slap in the face after all the time and commitment I gave to the company.
