      I have been with the company for over 30 years and continue to enjoy the challenges and good people to work with. The owner of the company cares about his employees and the management staff is committed to continuous improvement in a positive work environment. The leadership training that the company provides to employees is awesome! Great place to work if you are willing to be a team player with a game changer mentality!

      Company is great place to have a career so no downside if you are willing to put forth good effort

      One of the best organizations I have ever worked for. Pay, Culture, Benefits, Co-workers, all have been amazing!

      Pay Half days on most Fridays

      Cons

      Plant manager lost his way as soon as he was looking at a big promotion caring only about numbers and how employee's made him look. Alot of jerk reactions and explosions.
