Pros

The shop in Missoula is a small tight knit community. They have a good atmosphere that encourages you to try hard and continually improve.

Cons

Certain aspects of the shop feels like our needs play second fiddle to the large shops causing us to fall behind deadlines because we are waiting on steel from Billings.

Pay Half days on most Fridays

Cons

Plant manager lost his way as soon as he was looking at a big promotion caring only about numbers and how employee's made him look. Alot of jerk reactions and explosions.
