Decent benefits but toxic environment and poor support - Banker Truist Employee Review

As a newer employee, I did not feel welcomed in my particular branch. Luckily I have worked at a bank before because my training was all over the place. Minimal support from my direct manager. Toxic work environment that I noticed on the first day. Lots of unhappy customers at my particular branch. I see why the turnover is extremely high.
