Quality products. Many dedicated employees. Industry focused on helping others. Good benefits and time off. Opportunity for career growth if so inclined.

Cons

Mgt. has reduced resources, especially manpower, which has significantly undermined production and manufacturing. The commitment of upper management to long-term success is questioned by employees at every level. Internal communication is poor to non-existent.

Great quality products that are well made.

Cons

High turnover due to poor management. Can’t keep outside sales reps. They all end up leaving after they realize how management is. This makes it hard for inside reps and customers. USA management needs to change.
