Pros

Some very skilled and dedicated employees that have been there for years but more and more of these people keep leaving the company.

Cons

The new ownership does not value it's employees. To them they are replaceable and not worth investing in. They would rather hire kids right out of tech school, pay them poorly, and replace them when they inevitably leave than invest in employees who are skilled and care about what they are doing. The excuse that Bellingham doesn't pay well is BS, this is aerospace, and you have to pay competitive wages for that industry! There has also been significant cut backs in terms of personnel in general. They just spread the work instead of replacing some employees who leave. Customer service, quality, and delivery have all been suffering because of the changes that have been made to this shop.

Pros

Great quality products that are well made.

Cons

High turnover due to poor management. Can’t keep outside sales reps. They all end up leaving after they realize how management is. This makes it hard for inside reps and customers. USA management needs to change.
