Management is fake with their "you are the best" attitudes but talk bad about you to upper management in front of you. Pay is not great anymore but uses to be amazing. The CEO used to care about his people who worked there and the product relected that. Once he stepped down and took Salary so the company ran by others, it went "corporate". It was not longer the best place to work in Seattle. Employee satisfaction dropped. Customer satisfaction dropped. Really sad actually. I loved working there. Now I'd rather use another company's services just because I know the practices of this company have gone corrupt.
