Communication is broken. Completely. And as far as team grew - it's getting more and more ruined.
Those great and talented people, which mentioned above, oftenly just too tired to fight with windmills and says "okay, i just going to sit here still and get my paychecks".
I truly believe executives team is trying to do their best, but lets be honest - they're failing.
- It's okay to jump into the chat and start throwing direct accusations on topics, which you completely non competent for.
- It's okay to made completely non-transparent process changes company-wide because you read some success-story-book.
- It's okay to underestimate other people efforts by words and deeds. etc. (nope, all of these is not ok)
Pretty much hypocrisy between declared values and actual behaviour.
You actually "win as a team", but if "we loose" - let's find exact person who going to be responsible for it.
You hear a lot of words about self-drivenness and holacracy, but you need to approve a loading spinner design with C-level.
