Pros

Just an extreme concentration of great and talented teammates to work with. Sometimes this folks are running into the endless depth of overengineering or attempting to built a rocket ship instead of the bike, but anyway - there is enough people to learn from. Sales and Market ops are just kicking the assess. Game-changer product which actually works, evolves and grow exponentially. Enough options to learn a new things. Fair enough level of benefits.

Cons

Communication is broken. Completely. And as far as team grew - it's getting more and more ruined. Those great and talented people, which mentioned above, oftenly just too tired to fight with windmills and says "okay, i just going to sit here still and get my paychecks". I truly believe executives team is trying to do their best, but lets be honest - they're failing. - It's okay to jump into the chat and start throwing direct accusations on topics, which you completely non competent for. - It's okay to made completely non-transparent process changes company-wide because you read some success-story-book. - It's okay to underestimate other people efforts by words and deeds. etc. (nope, all of these is not ok) Pretty much hypocrisy between declared values and actual behaviour. You actually "win as a team", but if "we loose" - let's find exact person who going to be responsible for it. You hear a lot of words about self-drivenness and holacracy, but you need to approve a loading spinner design with C-level.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide some feedback. We agree we have a great and talented team here at Truv. The leadership team here recognizes we have room to improve and currently working on some of the things you mentioned. For example, we are creating ways for employees to provide feedback on policy and process changes so we can make the best decisions for the team. We are implementing a formal training process for management to help improve communication as our team grows. Again thank you for this feedback. We will take this information and look at how we can better support our amazing team here at Truv.

Pros

I started here part-time and moved to full-time after a few months, mostly because I kept getting pulled into projects I actually cared about. Over that time I relocated to another country and traveled a lot, and the company had my back through all of it - real help with the move and the paperwork, not just "let us know if you need anything." The honest picture: it's fast, it's demanding, and you're expected to be responsive. But there's genuine room to breathe when you need it, I've gone to my manager and asked for time when I was running low, and that was respected. And the intensity comes with real upside. Bonuses here aren't symbolic; they actually reflect the work you put in. Leadership invests in people directly: the CEO regularly shares useful resources and books, ran hands-on training to get the whole team comfortable with new tools (several weeks on Claude Code, walking people through problems individually), and actively encourages building things of your own. I'm genuinely happy here.

Cons

The one thing I keep wishing for is more time together in person. I'd love to see an on-site event happen soon. I'll also say plainly: this is an always-on, high-demand place. That's a feature if you love the work and a problem if you don't, worth knowing before you sign on, not after.

Pros

* Product/Market Fit: The product solves issues in financial infrastructure and underwriting; it's nice to work on real-world problems where value prop is clear and market demand is visible. * Meritocracy: Working hard and stepping up is rewarded; if you see a problem, you’re encouraged to fix it. * Top Talent: Caliber of people here is top-tier. Great folks from all over the world. * Long-Term Upside: Having been here for 3 years, I can confidently say the business fundamentals are strong. I’m genuinely excited for the future.

Cons

* Resource Constraints: Being a small team is generally great but comes with downsides; we don’t always feel resourced to accomplish everything we set out to do to the degree we’d like. * Remote Work is Real: The global nature of the team is a strength for diversity and talent, but it comes with a cost. I have teammates I’ve known for years whom I’ve never met in person.
