Pros

General pros: - Reliable employer. I got a lot of help with relocation and some personal issues. The team always try to help, if you ask; - Team works with feedback. If you have communication/work problem, you always can discuss it. You even can ask a burning question during the all-company meeting and you will get the pretty honest answer from top management. Even if you probably don't like the answer, you are not muted; - Very promising product and wonderful workers; - Company situation is open for the employees: budget, deals, good and bad results; Pros for me as an engineer: - Amazing eng team; - Interesting tasks and ambitious projects; - Independency for tech decisions and your time; In general, if you are a good worker, you will be treated well.

Cons

I have heard about many startups, and Truv is a good one. But still, you need to work quite a lot, this is not a huge corporation, everything should be fast and everybody should be responsible. You get huge experience in return but for some people this amount of work may be a problem. Also some workflows might be not so perfect, e.g. tasks preparing/estimation/planning or lack of resources, the company is young and haven't finished its growth and still is working on processes quality.

Pros

I started here part-time and moved to full-time after a few months, mostly because I kept getting pulled into projects I actually cared about. Over that time I relocated to another country and traveled a lot, and the company had my back through all of it - real help with the move and the paperwork, not just "let us know if you need anything." The honest picture: it's fast, it's demanding, and you're expected to be responsive. But there's genuine room to breathe when you need it, I've gone to my manager and asked for time when I was running low, and that was respected. And the intensity comes with real upside. Bonuses here aren't symbolic; they actually reflect the work you put in. Leadership invests in people directly: the CEO regularly shares useful resources and books, ran hands-on training to get the whole team comfortable with new tools (several weeks on Claude Code, walking people through problems individually), and actively encourages building things of your own. I'm genuinely happy here.

Cons

The one thing I keep wishing for is more time together in person. I'd love to see an on-site event happen soon. I'll also say plainly: this is an always-on, high-demand place. That's a feature if you love the work and a problem if you don't, worth knowing before you sign on, not after.

Pros

* Product/Market Fit: The product solves issues in financial infrastructure and underwriting; it's nice to work on real-world problems where value prop is clear and market demand is visible. * Meritocracy: Working hard and stepping up is rewarded; if you see a problem, you’re encouraged to fix it. * Top Talent: Caliber of people here is top-tier. Great folks from all over the world. * Long-Term Upside: Having been here for 3 years, I can confidently say the business fundamentals are strong. I’m genuinely excited for the future.

Cons

* Resource Constraints: Being a small team is generally great but comes with downsides; we don’t always feel resourced to accomplish everything we set out to do to the degree we’d like. * Remote Work is Real: The global nature of the team is a strength for diversity and talent, but it comes with a cost. I have teammates I’ve known for years whom I’ve never met in person.
