Pros

Solid business plan, with smart people solving hard problems that are adding value to this world. The company will definitely be worth $$, but needs a different leadership team to actually scale.

Cons

This is a tough place for women in tech. There is no opportunity to influence the product/tech. If you’re not male and former microsoft, you’ll be gaslighted. There is a lot of back channeling and then, frankly, strange meetings where everyone pretends to get along. The leadership team doesn’t understand healthcare, and is at the mercy of the CEO who micro-manages all decisions.

- Was able to work with some great engineers. - product is positioned well

Cons

- leadership (especially engineering leadership) has lost a lot of trust - TC is mediocre for the projected statute of the company - some teams are full remote
