Leadership micromanages. Big on politics and rooting for people they favor without really looking at the actual work. High volume and quality output workers are not celebrated enough, but praises those who make more noise instead. Seems leadership equates enthusiasm as high performance when in reality, it’s the opposite. Lacks opportunity for financial growth and climbing the ladder. Leadership seems to live in their own world thinking employees are happy with their salary especially with only a 1% increase despite delivering projects that bring in the money.
