Lack of knowledge - Anonymous employee Tryon Medical Partners Employee Review

No information shared in the company. No one ever knew what was happening with our product except for upper management. Upper management never communicated with anyone or introduced themselves to anyone. They didn't exist as far as we knew. Laid off nearly everyone a week before Christmas with no notice and one week severance if you worked there for over a year. They just hired multiple people in the last few months. Unethical.
