Pros
This is an excellent place to work for new attorneys. I grew tremendously during my time there. I received excellent mentorship from the attorneys at the office - they were patient, helpful, and always available to guide me. I was treated extremely well, given numerous opportunities to grow, my own caseload, and entrusted with significant responsibilities. For people looking to work here, expect top-notch mentorship, opportunities to develop professionally, and significant amounts of responsibility. You will become a better attorney and strengthen your professional confidence here. I'm genuinely thankful for the opportunities and mentorship I received there. The only reason I left was to be back with my family on Long Island. Other than that, I loved everything about working there: the firm, the people, the culture, and the way everything was organized and set up.
Cons
This isn't really a con per se, but before you run to your supervising attorney with a question, you should at least do your research and try to find the answer on your own. And if you're dealing with a problem during your assignment and need guidance, try to propose a well-informed solution to your supervisor instead of going to them empty-handed. It's good practice and will make you better.
