Pros
Since starting with the Firm 12 years ago, I have seen Tully Rinckey grow from 2 offices to over 10 offices nationwide. I’ve also had the opportunity to be involved in the Firm’s international expansion and operations. The Firm is very transparent and does a great job communicating it’s mission and goals. Despite substantial growth, the Firm is well organized and all employees regardless of department and rank are given opportunities to contribute and grow within the Firm. They also tend to promote within. I started with Tully Rinckey 12 years ago as an entry level accountant joining a finance team of 4 and currently lead a team of 10 as the Firm’s Deputy CFO.
Cons
There is a lot to learn as a new employee and the Firm has high expectations. The Firm provides very extensive new hire training but sometimes it can take up to a year for a new employee to feel comfortable in their role and begin to really excel.
