Pros
I joined Tully Rinckey almost eight (8) years ago, after running my solo practice for over twenty (20) years. The firm gave me the resources I needed to on a day to day basis that helped me continue my practice. With strong administrative and technical support, Tully Rinckey lawyers are able to do what we do best: practice law. The system and business model work in an effective manner so that lawyers can attend to the practice of law, without all of the distractions that the business side of the practice serves up on a daily basis. This gives our lawyers a tremendous amount of autonomy in the way they handle their cases. When I joined Tully Rinckey, I had already been practicing over twenty-five years. I was well aware of the ways in which the business and economic components of the practice of law had changed over that time. Tully Rinckey’s business model impressed me in the way that it had addressed these changing conditions. Over the past eight years, we have worked through economic turndowns, government shutdowns, and a global pandemic. The business model remains resilient and effective, weathering each storm in manners superior to those of our competitors.
Cons
Like any law firm, billable hours and revenue requirements are inescapable.
