Pros
Nearly all of the partners and senior attorneys are extremely helpful, willing to help train/teach the less experienced associates, and understanding of the time demands associates might have. I’ve never been happier to be part of a group of colleagues.
Cons
Clients can sometimes be unreasonable and rude. While the billable hour goal isn’t too bad, there is some difficulty with just how much work there is to get done sometimes.
