Pros
Good environment and good growth opportunity. Teams and collegues are great and you can learn from everyone. Open space culture, management sitting in the desks next to you, and you can talk and ask them with no restriction. Fast paced, a lot of projects to work on, ability to switch between different ares.
Cons
Sometimes too fast paced, there is no time to think twice on something, it just need to be delivered. Salary sometimes below average, even if working extra hours. Too strict on vacation policy, especially to who needs to travel abroad.
