Pros

I’m from Nagpur, India. I am a front-end developer at Turing for around 1 year. We as a team ensure that the Turing website is always functional. We make sure that be it developers or organizations, everyone who visits our website has a good experience. Turing has amazing employee-centric policies. Turing allows every employee to take ownership of their work. We are never micromanaged. Team Turing is extremely supportive and friendly. With the permanent work from anywhere policy, I get to spend time with my loved ones all the time. India in general is a hot country with a high population density. Commuting for work means spending time and energy. In India, even the working hours are stated as 8 hours but are often 9-10 hours of shifts. With Turing, you know that you will be working exactly 8 hours and enjoying a healthy work-life balance. Turing is an amazing place to work. Turing is an exceptional place to work where everyone is always open to talking and lending a helping hand. Pros: - Great work culture - Work-life balance - Global workforce - Flexibility in work hours

Cons

Cons: Didn’t find any No issues faced yet.

Pros

-the pay is average, not on the low end of tech -remote work -your peers are incredibly smart

Cons

-incredibly toxic work environment -changing goal posts for metrics -being yelled at is the norm and HR does not care -friends of friends and special treatment: many outliers who have ins with VPs or above who do little to no work (one in particular decided they wanted to be an instagram influencer and posted non-stop during work hours) yet their counterparts who did their work for them got laid off -more yelling: at least one weekly meeting where you just turn your mic down and disassociate while team members have a power struggle and waste time -zero upward trajectory in the company
