Mission-first culture: Everyone I met was deeply aligned with Turion’s goals and there is a clear sense of purpose and pride in the work. Opportunity to build: There’s a lot of white space here. If you thrive in environments where you can build from the ground up, this is a great fit.
Cons
Like many early-stage companies, Turion demands a lot, but if you’re wired for fast-paced, high-impact work, it won’t feel like a grind
