Pros

Great people, great company. Growing fast, so there are plenty of opportunities. Excellent level of commitment of managers and coworkers. The products is amazing and with innovation always going on. Good benefits.

Cons

Not necessary negative, but for those reluctant to changes. The company is growing fast, therefore lot of changes. On the other hand, Marketing and Sales seems to not be aligned in some aspects.

There are thoughtful, hardworking colleagues across teams, and the remote flexibility is a plus. The products are strong and well-known in the edtech space. Pros: •Mission-driven work •Dedicated colleagues, most are really great •Remote flexibility

Cons

Cons: •Below-market compensation (especially in high-cost areas) •Constant, ongoing structural challenges •Raises lag inflation •Limited growth opportunities •Executive messaging feels disconnected from reality •Under-resourced teams •Organizational silos
