Pros

Working at Turnitin makes me feel good about what I do everyday, knowing that I'm contributing to the education industry from an innovation angle. I definitely feel intrinsically motivated to go to work everyday because I know I'm supporting a worthwhile mission. In addition, I'm learning from my coworkers and find enjoyment working with the people that I get to interact with.

Cons

I cannot think of any downsides at this time.

There are thoughtful, hardworking colleagues across teams, and the remote flexibility is a plus. The products are strong and well-known in the edtech space. Pros: •Mission-driven work •Dedicated colleagues, most are really great •Remote flexibility

Cons: •Below-market compensation (especially in high-cost areas) •Constant, ongoing structural challenges •Raises lag inflation •Limited growth opportunities •Executive messaging feels disconnected from reality •Under-resourced teams •Organizational silos
