      Pros

      Tutor Doctor is a good company to work for. I have enjoyed learning and watching it grow throughout the years. There are opportunities here to work from a global perspective which you do not find very often in a Marketing role based in Toronto. My team is strong and hard-working.

      Cons

      It has experienced some growing pains over the years, but overall it is a good experience.

      Pros

      Not having to find clients. Setting my own schedule. Having access to non-local clients.

      Cons

      Rearranging schedules for clients when life get is the way. Having to fill hours in with a working adult sometimes will cause a headache. Also, working outside your area can be technologically tricky on the websites backend SO make sure that the local managers know the procedure,
