      Pros

      I am a current employee of Tutor Doctor and really enjoy being apart of the company. The people are friendly and work well as a team, you really feel like you're apart of a family! What's great about them is that not only do they want you to see their students excel, they put time and effort in seeing their staff professionally grow and develop.

      Cons

      As a educational company it may require you to use personal time to read and research to keep up with the latest developments and trends.

      Pros

      Not having to find clients. Setting my own schedule. Having access to non-local clients.

      Cons

      Rearranging schedules for clients when life get is the way. Having to fill hours in with a working adult sometimes will cause a headache. Also, working outside your area can be technologically tricky on the websites backend SO make sure that the local managers know the procedure,
