      Being on the rapid upward move things can sometimes happen too quickly and detail is lost or missed. BUT things are always put right at lightening speed.

      Not having to find clients. Setting my own schedule. Having access to non-local clients.

      Cons

      Rearranging schedules for clients when life get is the way. Having to fill hours in with a working adult sometimes will cause a headache. Also, working outside your area can be technologically tricky on the websites backend SO make sure that the local managers know the procedure,
