      Great way to learn how to teach and make extra cash, very rewarding to help students succeed, not much time out of the day (60min-90min sessions)

      Cons

      Not all students assigned to you live close

      Pros

      Not having to find clients. Setting my own schedule. Having access to non-local clients.

      Cons

      Rearranging schedules for clients when life get is the way. Having to fill hours in with a working adult sometimes will cause a headache. Also, working outside your area can be technologically tricky on the websites backend SO make sure that the local managers know the procedure,
