      - This is a great job for students or someone looking for a 2nd job with very flexible hours

      Cons

      - communication between supervisors and tutors is awful. It took me over a week to figure out why I was fired and the reason given was completely the parent's fault - the training is a joke and was made by someone who has never been around children before

      Pros

      Not having to find clients. Setting my own schedule. Having access to non-local clients.

      Cons

      Rearranging schedules for clients when life get is the way. Having to fill hours in with a working adult sometimes will cause a headache. Also, working outside your area can be technologically tricky on the websites backend SO make sure that the local managers know the procedure,
