      Organized, well-mannered, flexible with time and schedule, perfect opportunity for full-time college students. Good resources available for tutors, amazing job board

      Cons

      The tutor portal needs to be better and more organized. Pay is moderate but still better than some places, more (Virtual or in-person) gatherings between management and tutors.

      Pros

      Not having to find clients. Setting my own schedule. Having access to non-local clients.

      Cons

      Rearranging schedules for clients when life get is the way. Having to fill hours in with a working adult sometimes will cause a headache. Also, working outside your area can be technologically tricky on the websites backend SO make sure that the local managers know the procedure,
