      Pros

      None, they pay the lowest rate of any Tutoring agency and they don't even screen students

      Cons

      Everything!!!! The pay is awful and infrequent. Students are not screened some have emotional problems and should be evaluated by a mental health professional. They pay extremely slowly and do so deliberately. Had a situation where a student threatened to kill my infant son if I didn't do his work for him. STAY AWAY!!!

      Pros

      Not having to find clients. Setting my own schedule. Having access to non-local clients.

      Cons

      Rearranging schedules for clients when life get is the way. Having to fill hours in with a working adult sometimes will cause a headache. Also, working outside your area can be technologically tricky on the websites backend SO make sure that the local managers know the procedure,
