      Great culture, fantastic leadership, great franchise and service model, solid training and support for franchise owners and tutors. It's an honor to be a part of the organization.

      None to mention. It's a high expectation, high performance place to work, which may not be for everyone.

      Pros

      Not having to find clients. Setting my own schedule. Having access to non-local clients.

      Cons

      Rearranging schedules for clients when life get is the way. Having to fill hours in with a working adult sometimes will cause a headache. Also, working outside your area can be technologically tricky on the websites backend SO make sure that the local managers know the procedure,
