      Pros

      Easy to get the job and it is possible to work very flexible hours and interacting with the students is fun and interesting. You do not have to find your own students, they are found for you.

      Cons

      The Tutor doctor company takes most of what the student actually pays for the tutoring, while the tutor does every thing the student is paying for, which is not sustainable.

      Pros

      Not having to find clients. Setting my own schedule. Having access to non-local clients.

      Cons

      Rearranging schedules for clients when life get is the way. Having to fill hours in with a working adult sometimes will cause a headache. Also, working outside your area can be technologically tricky on the websites backend SO make sure that the local managers know the procedure,
