Hit or miss with clients. Some clients don’t have control over their kids & so tutoring their kids online are hard. Company is too stringent with meeting the monthly contract hours quota when it’s clear the monthly contract hours quota are excessive and unrealistic to execute as a tutor despite constant communications with the family and reworking tutoring hours to try to meet them.
