Pros

- Deep focus on clinical quality - Great employee experience - people here are kind, competent, and collaborative - Beginning to look more deeply about innovative approaches to care (care collaboration between psychiatrists and therapists, how we might integrate AI to ease clinician workload burden)

Cons

- Classic scaling startup problems - lots of big ambitious plans with a small team, occasional lack of focus. Leadership team often jumps to a new problem before fully solving the one before. Lack of foundational investments to help us scale in the future

Pros

Responsive, supportive managers/direct report; intentional training; Flexible scheduling

Cons

Pay structure change plus very slow client referrals the past 6+ months have resulted in significant negative financial impact. Emphasis on positives is disproportionate and doesn't accurately reflect reality. (See advice for management). Currently gearing up for new workflows, and there added responsibility: It appears that clinicians will be doing some work that 2 teams (one clinical, one administrative) have previously managed.
