TxDOT really cares about their employees. There are several opportunities in which an employee can grow, through training etc. TxDOT has a strong wellness program that focuses on the health of the employees. The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Department demonstrates their intentional strategies to train and coach at all levels to have a culture of inclusiveness. They have several Employee Resource Groups that assist with ensuring that employees have a sense of belonging and their voices are heard.
