Amazing organization to work for! - Business Analyst IV TxDOT Employee Review

Great company to work for! I spent over 20 years in the private sector, with 14 of those years with a major tech company. While the public sector does not pay as much, they more than make up for it with benefits and STABILITY!! Not to mention the increasingly rare pension benefit. TxDOT is continuing to embrace flexible and remote work, which seems to be fading away in the private sector. The campus is absolutely gorgeous and rivals any major tech campus in Austin, with high tech amenities and walking trails!
