Tyler is in interesting domains and has the potential to dominate the markets it is in if it can continue to improve and grow.
Cons
Look elsewhere if you prefer work flexibility and being enabled to do your best work. The C&J division is now requiring all staff members within 30 miles of an office t9 work on location Tu-Th. Exceptions require bureaucratic approval by senior executives. Most teams are distributed and work with groups in divisions in other states. There are remote managers who are requiring their reports to come in. This is hypocrisy at its finest and will not solve whatever problems leaders are attempting to address. I used to think our leadership was progressive and innovative but now have serous concerns with the RTO policy and other recent decisions. Look elsewhere if work flexibility is important to you.
