Pros
I don't have anything nice to say.
Cons
They offer you the position, but don't tell you that you're required to complete and pass 3 presentations to move forward. Many people were sent home before training ended. Some of them had left secure jobs they'd had for years, just to be let go after 4 weeks. They'll also throw you into another department or on another team with little to no warning and zero training. You'll get a couple days notice and then have to spend your nights and weekends trying to learn the material. The staff in the Yarmouth office is extremely racist and show blatant partiality to people from the area and each other. I have them two weeks notice and they told me I didn't have to wait two weeks and they pay me. They listed that pay as supplemental income and what was supposed to be two weeks pay ended up being less than two days pay. They have a very strong "GET OUT" culture. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy!
