Pros
Flexibility, primarily management is very good, positive environment, good product. None. Let's face it, the people who have complained here probably aren't used to corporate America. In the face of that, Tyler excels as a company. Smaller places tend to be clique-y and groom favoritism; corporate tends to treat you like a number. As a Tyler employee for 16 years, in many different departments, I've experienced none of this. Are there a few crazy, narcissistic managers? Yes--but they're eventually identified. It happens anywhere. As a seasoned person/employee I have to say it again: Tyler excels.

None, other than the typical life-human stuff. As a corporation, none.
