Pros
The pros of wiring at Tyler are you have a variety of clients, always worrying on something new, always learning something new, you're never bored which is great if you are A.D.D and love multitasking. Missy of the work is remote with optional travel a couple times a month. The clients are often times a doozy bc it's like teaching elementary school children who also don't know how to work a computer.
Cons
The cons of the job are working with government employees in certain regions can wear you down with the lack of knowledge of technology(working a computer) or knowledge of how their entity actually runs (which causes you to go in circles for setting up a system). Sone clients burn you out, others are delightful. There aren't pay raises more than 3% which is why they lose lots of people. You with really hard, learn an overly cumbersome software that makes no intuitive sense, then get 3% raises a year. In order to make more money you have to switch to an entirely different role which doesn't provide that much more pay. So increasing pay and getting performance based bonuses and money isn't someone that recommended unfortunately.
