They've kept everyone in IT in limbo since September with the threat of losing their jobs. Kind of hard to work or get anything accomplished under that type of environment. Now they are restructuring and we still have no idea what's going on and to whom we are reporting. People in IT were mostly let go of, due to favoritism. Let's face it: favoritism is big here. Instead of cleaning up the house, you just keep everyone who would kiss your behind the best.
