Pros

Any pros would be related to the individuals who specifically worked in my office, I have nothing but nice things to say about them.

Cons

Firm operates from the top down like a lawyer factory, not a law firm. Associate turnover is incredibly high (and it's for a reason). Lots of corporate bureaucracy separating the named partners (Bob Tyson & Pat Mendes) from the lower levels of attorneys. Support staff are treated poorly and underpaid. Decently high yearly billable hours requirement (1920), but certainly not tracked yearly. Attorneys don't feel comfortable taking earned time off because of how billable hours are tracked and micromanaged at an almost daily level by the firm's HR department. Working here was terrible for my mental and physical health, felt like a sweat shop,
