Pros
They host regular trainings and are committed to training. The even started an Attorneys in Residence (AIR) program to train new attorneys and gave us cute gifts like cookies, a sweatshirt, and a travel mug when I went through the program. You can watch past trainings online at your leisure. Through "Worldox" you can usually find samples of what others have done and borrow templates for your own work.
Cons
It's tough to meet billable hours and is high stress with lots of work and tight deadlines. You don't always get responses from partners and may have to ask many times when you have a question or something they need to review before filing. Legal support seems to struggle with arranging court appearances and completing tasks and need to be micromanaged at times.
