Pros

My team was supportive, collaborative, and always ready to help each other out, even when the workload felt like trying to drink from a firehose. Learned a lot from training. The benefits? Stellar. And remote work meant I could at least cry into my keyboard from the comfort of my own home.

Cons

For a firm that demands so much, it’s baffling how little investment is made in modern technology tools. If they upgraded their systems, they’d probably cut the workload in half—and maybe even keep more employees from jumping ship. Promotions are a joke—unless you’re willing to work for peanuts. Hard work and extra responsibilities aren’t rewarded here, unless you count more work as a reward. Most of the good people leave within a few years.
