Pros
Respectful, kind and cooperative work culture from upper management all the way down. Excellent work environment for female attorneys, supportive and encouraging. Excellent opportunities for a variety of experience, mobility, and stability. Fully remote firm but still a physical office so you have the opportunity to go in person. Great CLE and continued training sponsored by the firm, excellent support and training for associate attorneys new to the field. Bob Tyson and Pat Mendes are so kind and transparent and make inedible leaders.
Cons
Salary is lower than comparable positions in other firms but that could be arguably outweighed by the costs saved on not having to commute. Billable hours aren’t for everyone, so unless you can consistently bill 60+ hours a week, the “unlimited PTO” policy isn’t as generous as it sounds.
