Pros

Great people I work with

Cons

• Extreme micromanagement across teams, creating a low‑trust environment. • Very limited growth opportunities and unclear career paths. • Increasing push to outsource roles, creating job insecurity. • Constant pressure to take on more work with no additional compensation. • Raises are minimal to nonexistent for employees, while the Managing Committee receives significant increases. • Reviewing this year’s prospectus is honestly discouraging — leadership compensation is excessive compared to staff. • Employees are treated as liabilities instead of assets, leading to a toxic culture. • Leadership frequently says they will fix issues but either takes no action or does the opposite. • Overall environment feels distrustful, inconsistent, and unsupported.

Pros

The pay is market average, and the benefits are quite good. I love my peers. The vast majority of them are kind and talented people. I truly enjoyed my first several years with the company. Well past the honeymoon period for a new employer. And at the time, I recommended this place to anyone I knew looking for a job.

Cons

Management is a mess from the bottom up. The culture of the company has drastically changed over the last several years because of frequent retirements, layoffs, and reorganizations. Employees I know from across describe the same experience: the company has gone from outstanding culture to one that feels openly hostile to its employees. Management decisions are built like cudgels and enforced through all stick and no carrot.
