Pros
Effort and success used to be rewarded. Individuals you work with and directly support are good people trying their best.
Cons
Senior leaders have fully lost the narrative. Every 9 months there's some new initiative or change or reorganizing that makes all the employees lives more difficult for no purpose other than because the new boss says so. Remote employees are treated like garbage and the CEO is very clear she would tighten the screws more if we had the seats to accommodate it.
