Pros
Remote. Sometimes you don’t work the same day as your manager and can get to breathe. Some customers were very sweet. (One out of every hundred or so)
Cons
That’s right. For the first 3 months you can’t use sick time or PTO. You’re making 20-22 an hour to get screamed at nonstop. Aaand you can’t go to the bathroom outside of your 30 or 15 min breaks or else you’ll be put into online status and lose pay. No one gets two weekend days off and you’ll most likely work 1pm-10pm if you’re in EST. Reported my manager to HR and asked to have another manager (we had about 10 on the team) and was told that wasn’t an option despite me feeling uncomfortable and targeted. Managers read all your private teams chats. Do not say anything negative about them ever.
