Pension and 401K match. Tends to be slow-paced but can quickly become hectic.
Cons
Management decided to force RTO, hybrid employees are required to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week and will be including how often you were in the office in your performance review. Pay is not competitive, and raises are low. Lack of career advancement opportunities. A lot of outdated tech is being used and when they modernize things it isn't planned or tested well. Don't truly value employees, despite constantly claiming they do.
