Pros

Coworkers are brilliant and passionate about improving business processes.

Cons

Worst PTO policy I have experienced in corporate America. The return to office mandate is burdensome and illogical. Employees are being required to return to office 3-5 per week. This will be a requirement, regardless of what they are telling you in interviews. The office is dank, crowded, with very limited seating, no coffee, or gym. You have to reserve a seat each day. Management says return to office is meant to increase collaboration, except your coworkers may work in other states and go to the office different days than you, so you will likely not see them. RTO leads to longer commutes causing stress and lost productivity, increased costs for employees due to transportation and childcare, and negative impact on employee morale. The influx of people in the office means a strain of COVID will almost always be present on doorknobs, elevators, and breakrooms.

Pros

Laid back production work in an office setting. Great management.

Cons

Steep learning curve for the machines. Can be frustrating as machinery only works for about a minute before you have to make adjustments.

Pros

The pay is market average, and the benefits are quite good. I love my peers. The vast majority of them are kind and talented people. I truly enjoyed my first several years with the company. Well past the honeymoon period for a new employer. And at the time, I recommended this place to anyone I knew looking for a job.

Cons

Management is a mess from the bottom up. The culture of the company has drastically changed over the last several years because of frequent retirements, layoffs, and reorganizations. Employees I know from across describe the same experience: the company has gone from outstanding culture to one that feels openly hostile to its employees. Management decisions are built like cudgels and enforced through all stick and no carrot.
