Pros

A good opportunity for candidates who believe in enforcing immigration/custom laws in a fair manner and treating individuals as individuals.

Cons

Management may not be perfect. However, the worst people you will deal with is not management or passengers. The worst individuals that you will have to deal with are you're fellow employees. Depending on whether they are on the Fox News side or the CNN side, that's how they will treat the passengers.
